PromoServe (owned by Altitude Group Plc) has recently parted company with their managing director, Andrew Talbot. We understand that PromoServe have informed their customers that a new management structure will be announced by 30th September 2009 & that they are looking to gain maximum customer satisfaction by a change to company culture and focus. Andrew is a well known face in the industry, having developed software and business systems for promotional product suppliers & distributors since 2000. It is currently unknown whether Andrew will return to the industry after his notice period.
