Spark Promotions, a leading UK & Ireland promotional gifts company has achieved Charter Distributor status with the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA).  

The achievement recognises Sparks’ commitment to operating to the highest possible business standards within the promotional gifts industry and meeting the strict requirements of the Charter Code. The Charter status is open to both promotional gifts suppliers and distributors, whose company practices and documentation are reviewed by members of BPMA Board of Directors.

To achieve certification, applicants must agree to adhere to the BPMA Charter Code of Practice and be able to demonstrate their commitment to customer service. This must be in the form of an ISO 9001 or equivalent certified quality management system, and include the submittal of documentation covering non-conformances and customer complaints procedures, as well as ethical, quality and environmental policies. If approved, the applicant company becomes a Charter member and can use the BPMA Charter logo on its websites, documentation and stationery. Failure to adhere to the Code for Charter members can result in removal of a company’s Charter status.

Spark Promotions, is also delighted to be welcoming a new colleague – Nicki White to its UK sales team based in West London. This role has been created to support Spark’s continuing growth. Her primary focus will be to develop the corporate portfolio of clients in line with the Company vision and strategy.
