Like most of the industry, the recent crisis has significantly affected our Sourcing City and Promotional Office businesses. Everyone’s priority no doubt is to do all they can to keep themselves, their loved ones and friends safe. After that, we expect people will be very concerned about their businesses and jobs.

The reality is that our business priority is now simply that of survival, like everyone else.

At Sourcing City and Promotional Office we have a responsibility and duty to keep our services & help desks fully operational for our customers. Sadly, the costs to run our technical systems, servers and support cannot be cut in anyway without our customers losing services. So, it is critical for us to do our best to retain customer income, as too many losses could mean a loss of service for everyone. Critically, if our servers do not function, no one will be able to access anything – so our biggest concern is maintaining a level of income to cover costs and critical systems.

Our Promotional Office Help Desk have been inundated with calls to enable remote working over the last few weeks, and we believe we have enabled everyone that has needed this.

We aim to continue to support all of our infrastructure and support services for as long as we can, and we have committed to keeping every member of our team in place for the next three months. This will enable us to keep our systems, our team employed and our business providing and maintaining our services to customers. At some time the industry will start functioning again, and we want to try to be in a position to fully support all our customers as they look to recover and rebuild their business.

We understand the pressure every business in our industry is going through, and we know from the calls we have received (and those we haven’t) how hard our industry has been hit, literally overnight. We are genuinely trying to support all of our customers to get through this the best we can.

We are still here to support and we are having some really heart-warming conversations with customers and feel really appreciated, as we do our best to look after each other in the most difficult times the world, not just our industry has faced in most of our lifetimes.

We are all in this together, and we will do all we can to get through it together.
