As of 25th March 2020, Castelli made the decision to close our UK facility in Tunbridge Wells, Kent for a period of 3 weeks in response to the latest guidance from our Government regarding Covid-19. The ongoing situation will be closely monitored, and we will advise you of our future steps as we take them.

 

Castelli have worked diligently to facilitate offsite remote working and our sales, administration support, marketing, accounts and art studio teams are all working from home.

 

You can still request prices, visuals, continue to place orders, obtain marketing support or request any other guidance by phoning or emailing your sales manager, sales coordinator or our other dedicated departments within Castelli.

  1. We have a variety of Marketing support available to our trade community.
  • Product Collection Flyers  

 

        • We have available product collection flyers that can be personalised with our customers contact details and logos that can be sent to their customers. Alternatively, we can supply individual images from these flyers that are suitable for uploading to your own email template.
  • Image Library Service  

 

        • We have an image library service which customers can request specific image requests for specific projects printed or online. Just email: images@castelli.co.uk to request your images.
  • 2021 Product Collection – Website Data and Image Package   

 

        • Now is the perfect time to be updating your websites and ensuring all of your products are correct and your content is up to date ready for when everyone ‘goes back to work’.
        • We have our entire 2021 collection collated onto an excel spreadsheet with useful information such as delivery charges, qty per carton, product sizes, colour selections and much more. The data is supported with individual and group shot low res saved for web images which will save you all the hard work!
  • Digital Collection Catalogue  

 

        • Our collection catalogue can be digitally updated with our customers logo and contact details to enable them to send digital mailings to their customers, which, in this current climate is ideal.

      • We also offer a FREE sample service, although samples are not currently being sent out, you can still speak to your sales manager or account coordinator who will be able to add your request onto our order system which we will be able to process once we are back in the office. * samples are provided at the discretion of Castelli and limited per customer.

      • We can provide FREE OF CHARGE visuals to help your customers visualize their final product. All visuals are supplied digitally which in this current climate is ideal.

 

  • When will your new products launch and what special offers are you planning?

 

Castelli were lucky enough to have introduced our digital edge notebook collection and new branding process before we had even heard of the word ‘Lockdown’. The collection and new branding method were launched at the February Merchandise World Exhibition, and was well received. We have already carried out a recent marketing push on this in early March and will continue to promote this.

 

The Digital Edge Notebook collection features three stunning cover designs which are suitable with all Castelli branding methods. The new notebooks are cut-flush to the edge of the cover, to now give you the opportunity to digitally print your customers brand message, creative designs or logo on the page edges of the notebook.   1. Castelli hold large notebook stock supplies in a variety of colours, covers, sizes and formats and have plenty of stock to service your requests for 2020. All our notebook stock can be branded in house ensuring you receive a faster lead time when you need it most. We rarely rely on external suppliers and finishers ensuring we are in control of the whole order process, from order confirmation to final sign off, we like to ensure you a smoother service and a faster delivery.

 

Both the Castelli Sales team and our Art room, are still working remotely and able to accept both custom and stock orders. With the network connections we have put in place at Castelli we are able to continue getting orders proofed out and receive artwork approvals, so your orders are in production ready for when we return onsite, ensuring you beat the queues.
