This year we are updating and upgrading several of our core member benefits available through your BPMA membership from June 2021.

Included in your membership

Membership with the BPMA means access to value added services and support – all the benefits below are included within your 2021-22 membership fee.

Brand new HR, Health & Safety, Legal, Tax, VAT advice line and online document library

We are delighted to announce we have started a new service with Quest from 1st June providing members with extensive access to advice lines and importantly an online business document library.

Advice available covers four key areas:

  • Employer focussed HR service
  • Health & Safety
  • Premium quality legal advisory service
  • Tax and VAT specialists

With a 24-7 online portal to access a wide range of documents, guidance and templates, you’ll also have unlimited access to the advice line.

We have specifically selected Quest to support the BPMA after an exhaustive search to provide the right levels of support and advice – with no heavy sales pressure. In addition, their Tax and VAT helpline has expanded knowledge into import and export, giving additional sources of advice for members.

Covering everything from advice on furlough, contracts through to how to safely bring staff back into the office, the resources are enormous with this new benefit valued at over £1200 per member – and it is all within the cost of your BPMA membership.

Key contacts within your business will be provided with your log in and access to the helpline in a separate email from the BPMA. Please note the Croner helpline will no longer be operational.

Insurance support with Towergate

In addition to the expert help, we are also introducing Towergate as a new insurance partner for the BPMA and its members. With online access to a range of useful guides and documents, Towergate will also provide a BPMA claims helpline to assist you plus a discount off insurance policies taken through Towergate as a broker, watch out for details to follow on this updated service.

Account Assyst supports every member

The BPMA have partnered with Account Assyst and Direct Route for many years and this is a timely reminder that every member is entitled to 100 complementary credit checks with Account Assyst – helping you avoid the pitfalls of poor credit and enabling you to trade successfully.
