When Imperial Hotels approached us with a requirement for some guest compliment products, as historically one of London’s oldest hotel brands, we were excited to help them find a perfect solution.

The hotel brand wanted a product to give to their customers as they checked in, so the item needed to be in giftbox or tin packaging, with full colour branding applied. Our Sales team were tasked with coming up with an item that perfectly encapsulated Imperial Hotels. It had to fit with the brands values, while being a unique product that captured their guest’s attention.

After discussing some options, the selected product was a high-quality silver shortbread tin, with 2 printed labels applied. Each tin was filled with our deliciously comforting vegan shortbread biscuits. What better way to make guest smile as they settle into their rooms? A quantity of 10,000 units was delivered over several weeks, and with a 3-month shelf life the products could be used over a long period of time.

Traditional shortbread biscuits seemed a perfect match for a longstanding hospitality brand, which has been established since the 1800s. The biscuits were a key part of the brand’s re-opening strategy, giving their customers a warm welcome back after months of closure. It is also hoped that the gifts will help to increase the customer revisit rate.
