The Winsford based distributor Indigo Promotions are the latest company to adopt Promotional Office as part of their drive into the (brighter) New Year and on to their third decade!

 

Steve Johnson (MD) says : ‘We’d planned this core change to the business a while back with the objective of increasing our quotation throughput with linked order processing and on to invoicing. The obvious ‘interruption’ has delayed us , but by the second week of January , we had the Promotional Office team in the office and were ready to go . Combining the process efficiency with enhanced customer experience, means that we can crack through more work and still have time to let the dogs out!’

 

Steve Carroll (Promotional Office) commented: ‘It was great to finally meet the Indigo team in person (including the furry ones) and to spend a couple of days applying their knowledge and experience within the framework of Promotional Office. We enjoyed the father/son (in law) rivalry to complete the first Quotation in the system and then the first to win an Order on the day! No prizes awarded, but perhaps that’s something for teacher (Kenn) to add to the training incentive in future?’

 

Phase One of the Promotional Office & Indigo journey has been completed, and both are looking forward to utilising the system’s capabilities in the new business landscape that now presents itself. Two generations working together (with a third on the way!), will ensure longevity for Indigo Promotions underpinned by software to future proof that legacy.

 

Kenn Hamers (Promotional Office) said:  ‘I’m not sure how much the Miniature Golden Doodles took in: I think, maybe, more biscuits than megabits?! We welcome all of the Indigo team to our Promotional Office client list.’
