Eat My Logo are now officially MAD (in business to MAKE A DIFFERENCE)! The business has seen rapid growth since its establishment in 2014, and Andy Henderson of Forward Thinking was enlisted to help to their team in planning for expansion in the future. The brand looked at their entire operations span, and have made some major investment plans that will enhance their work going forward.
It was a great chance for Eat My Logo to look at what makes them unique and refine their plans to ensure that time and financial investments will enhance their offering to a growing base of customers and distributors. The theory behind the programme supports the idea that focusing on the value that their business provides, will assist in organic growth and improvements.
Eat My Logo’s founders Ruth and Andy Poar took part, along with their Senior Management team. The entire Business had a valuable input into discussions, and the end result was a structured plan, reaching as far as 2032.
