In an age of increased mental health awareness and value reassessment, it’s never been more important to appreciate neurodiversity – or to celebrate the many benefits of a neuro-inclusive culture in business and beyond.

 

With a suspected 1 in 25 UK adults being diagnosable as ADHD, the likelihood of the most common neurodevelopmental difference being present in your company is high. The BPMA has been exploring what this means for employees and employers alike.

• What happens when employees disclose an ADHD diagnosis?
• Is there support for companies to help make adjustments to support their workforces?

 

The BPMA supports Mental Health Awareness Week, which takes place in May – and, as a part of the work we’ve undertaken on diversity and inclusion this year, we are delighted to welcome ADHD expert and coach, Kevin Exley of Unherded.

Kicking off with a Networking Breakfast between 9am-10am, the day is packed with speakers and an exclusive workshop for attendees.
