The original founding directors of Dynamic Image Ltd recently celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the company over a celebration meal and a few drinks.

 

The evening bought back many memories for everyone; from the very first days working from David & Ella’s home, the challenges faced and overcome, through to the many funny things that have happened along the way. Indeed, laughter and happy memories were rife throughout the evening.

 

All of the founding directors had worked together at Bourne Publicity, and then Dowlis, for over 15 years prior to joining Dynamic Image in 2003 – and they have remained friends for what is now over 35 years!

 

When the company decided to sell its distributor division to fully focused on providing services to the trade with Sourcing City & Promotional Office Software, the founding directors; Brian Bent, Richard Belcher & Stephen Smith decided to return to their roots solely as promotional merchandise distributors. Each now have their own distributor companies and continue to work in the industry. They are also loyal customers of Sourcing City. Jason Grenham and David & Ella Long remain at Sourcing City and are as enthusiastic as ever.

 

The past twenty years have flown by and it has been an exciting journey. Founder and chairman, David Long said; “Innovation is at the heart of Sourcing City and we still have many exciting ideas to bring to the industry. The passion is as strong as ever and we look forward to enjoying the journey for many more years to come. We are fortunate to have had so many great people in our team both now and in the past, and we thank everyone who has been, and is going to be, part of our journey.”

 

As Sourcing City enter their twenty first year it is clear that the past will never be forgotten, and that exciting times lay ahead.
