Lynka, a leading name in the European promotional apparel industry, is excited to announce the appointment of Sylwia Lichon as the company’s new Marketing & Special Markets Manager. Sylwia’s addition brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team. Over the course of more than 15 years in the industry, Sylwia has held pivotal positions in sales, sales management, and general management, achieving success in each role.
Sylwia Lichon is a dynamic and driven professional with a winning track record in the promotional industry. Her career began with a decade-long stint in London, where she not only mastered English but also began her journey in the promotional merchandise industry. She started at Propaganda Ltd in sales support and ultimately became one of the top-performing Key Account Managers. A few years later, she was entrusted to co-create and lead the newly formed Sweet Concepts division.
After her years in the UK, Sylwia returned to Poland and joined APLA as Export Sales Director. Through her leadership, she transformed the company from a local screen printer with two employees into a thriving supplier with a presence across Europe and the UK. Her personal touch on managing key accounts, especially in the UK market, exemplifies her leadership prowess.
In her new role at Lynka, Sylwia brings with her a wealth of experience, fresh perspectives, and a commitment to excellence. Her vibrant personality and determination align perfectly with Lynka’s vision and values. Lynka CEO John Lynch stated:
