Tancia Ltd (trading as The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products), are thrilled to introduce our Quality Manager, Renata Vegh, to the industry. Boasting over two decades of expertise in Quality Management, as well as a Master of Science in Materials Engineering, Renata has swiftly made her mark, introducing transformative changes to the company.

Her hands-on approach has already brought about pivotal changes, most notably, the seamless integration and achievement of their ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. The achievement of this accreditation has since improved overall quality management, increased efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction. “Adopting the ISO 9001 standard has allowed us, as an organisation, to systematically analyse our capabilities and plan corrective actions, fostering an environment of continuous improvement”, said Renata.

Beyond certifications, her prowess extends to her mastery in production and project oversight, keen market insights, streamlined process enhancements, and her commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental risk management.

Renata, originally from Hungary, embarked on a new journey in her life in 2020 when she relocated to the United Kingdom. Leaving behind her homeland, she embraced the opportunities and challenges that came with this change. Since moving to the UK, she has further enhanced her expertise in Quality Management, through working with renowned companies such as Brompton Bicycles and McLaren. In her leisure time, Renata enjoys cooking, travelling, scuba-diving, and spending time with her friends and family.
