PF Concept UK Ltd is delighted to announce a new addition to its UK sales team.
Charlotte Payne joined their account management team at the end of March 2022 as a new Account Manager.
After two successful years with Pencarrie, Charlotte is well known by many distributors in the promotional merchandise industry for her friendly, focused, and professional approach.
Her new role will include educating key clients about the PF Concept product and service offering and helping them to plan and execute their customers’ marketing campaigns.
Charlotte is very much looking forward to getting started in her new role, as she commented “I’m very excited to have joined PF Concept at a time of obvious investment in their UK and European operations.”

Charlotte will spend her first few weeks learning the comprehensive range of stock, UK manufactured and bespoke solutions which PF Concept offer, joining the rest of the team at Merchandise World before visiting clients both virtually and face to face in the coming weeks.
