As the festive season approaches, Tancia Group would like to inform our valued distributors of our Christmas closure dates and final order deadlines. To ensure your promotional needs are met before the holidays, we encourage you to place your orders in line with the deadlines below. Orders with a standard 5-day lead time are closing on Friday, 13th of December. The final day to order products with a 3-day lead time is Monday, 16th December 2024, and for 24-hour lead time products, the cut-off is Wednesday, 18th December 2024. Our last day of despatch will be Thursday, 19th December 2024.
Our offices and production will close at 17:00 on Friday, 20th December 2024, as we take a well-deserved break to celebrate the season. We will re-open for business at 09:00 on Thursday, 2nd January 2025, for essential staff training. While our team is training, we will still be processing orders to ensure a smooth start to the new year. Full office and despatch services will resume at 09:00 on Friday, 3rd January 2025.
