After yesterday’s announcement about CMC ceasing trading & all staff being made redundant, we have been asked what the current situation is. As we understand it, no administrators have been appointed as yet, and therefore liquidation procedures cannot commence. So, the company directors remain in charge & any enquiries should go to them until the administrators arrive. Of course the problem is how to contact them, as we suspect the CMC phone lines may possibly not be manned.
