Eat My Logo are thrilled to announce a Trio of promotions! We have 2 Internal Promotions and 1 new starter. Newly appointed Head Baker, Rob, first joined Eat My Logo back in 2018 on a Food Apprenticeship, which he has since passed with flying colours. Having joined the business on a Prince’s Trust placement, it has been amazing to see how much Rob has grown hugely in confidence. Rob assists the business in baking and producing thousands of branded, edible goodies every week. Since his fantastic new promotion to Head Baker, he will be working more closely with the Management team and will be taking on more responsibilities to assist the business and further develop his skills.

Amy, who first joined the Business in January of 2018, started with Eat My Logo on a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. Carrying out her coursework alongside daily Sales tasks. Amy has proved herself to be an extremely hard working and valuable member of the sales and marketing team and has now been promoted to the Sales Team Leader. Amy will be managing a small sales team, which we are looking to expand in the very near future. This will consist of organising the team, ensuring all daily tasks are completed and making sure the sales team are reaching their targets. Amy is very much looking forward to stepping into this new role and is wanting to challenge herself and gain new skills along the way.

Eat My Logo are also pleased to welcome our new Production Supervisor to the ever-expanding team. Andrew will be overseeing the bakery; this will consist of planning each day in depth to ensure the team produce assemble and dispatch all orders on time. Andrew is looking forward to taking this next step in his career and everyone at Eat My Logo are happy to have him onboard.

Eat My Logo’s Director Ruth Poar says, “It’s been a tough period navigating the business through the pandemic, but it’s great to be at a point where we can expand the team again as we drive the business forward for the future. It’s great to be able to develop the roles of existing team members as well as recruit new staff and we are very excited about the future with our new stronger management team on board.”
