Eat My Logo’s Rob Jackson has recently passed his Food Apprenticeship qualification with flying colours.

Having joined the business on a Prince’s Trust placement in 2018, he has grown massively in confidence and ability. Rob joined the 10 strong production team as a production assistant, helping the business produce thousands of branded edible items per week.

He has steadily progressed in his knowledge, and now helps to run the baking processes for the business. Under his guidance, the business can output hundreds of thousands of baked goods per week.

Over the next few months, Rob is due to progress into his new role as Head Baker. This will be a fantastic achievement, and the team are thrilled with how Rob has worked hard to get to this point.

Director and Production Supervisor Ruth Poar commented that “Rob really is a key part of our production team and has a fantastic knowledge of the products we produce and the production processes. He has learned a great deal about all areas of production, to the point that we can give him more input and control over how things run”.

Rob is just one of 7 staff members that have joined on an apprenticeship or vocational scheme. The business has been a great supporter of the development of young people over the years.
