In these challenging times Fluid Branding are delighted to have become a friend of Salute the NHS, a not-for-profit initiative driven by the private sector and backed by NHS Charities Together. Their mission is to feed the vital NHS front-line heroes with nutritious, balanced and tasty meals by galvanising business leaders and philanthropists and using their donations, skill-sets or products to great effect in the war against Covid-19. Established by Ron Dennis CBE, best known for his former role as a major shareholder, CEO, chairman and founder of The McLaren Technology and the food and catering expert Nigel Harris, owner of Absolute Taste – one of the largest fresh food providers in the UK. As of Wednesday 15th April, they have delivered to 5 hospitals and have served over 10,000 nutritious Boost meals where they are most needed. Their target is to deliver 1,000,00 meals in 3 months to the epicentre of the war effort against Covd-19.

Fluid were more than happy to get involved and become a friend of the fantastic initiative, Miles Lovegrove, Fluid’s Managing Director comments “We are delighted to be a friend of Salute the NHS. It’s great to be able to do our bit and help this amazing initiative by supplying 1000 branded T-Shirts free of charge”. The team would like to send thanks to their valued supplier partner, Screenworks for the quick turnaround.

Earlier this month the team were also proud that they were able to supply 2,000 t-shirts within a 2 day turnaround to the NHS Nightingale Hospital in London, the temporary hospital set up by NHS England in the ExCel Convention Centre in East London. The hospital was set up in 9 days in response to the Covid-19 crisis. The team would like to send specials thanks to their supplier partner, Essential Embroidery Print & Design who met the tight deadline despite the lockdown, taking all the necessary steps to ensure the safety of their staff, as a family business they were able to service this urgent order themselves to support the NHS at this critical time. Fluid’s Sales Manager James Ingleby said, “I’m chuffed that we could turn this order around so quickly, it’s great to be able to do our bit to support the amazing efforts of the NHS at this time.”
