Heather Smartt began her career at Crate and Barrel, where she developed her skills and gained a profound understanding of consumer preferences. She has earned industry recognition, including being featured on ASI’s Counselor Hot List for her innovative product designs.
Heather’s talent for bridging the North American and European markets is a key driver in Goldstar’s global product expansion. With 17 years of experience in the promotional products industry, she worked at Polyconcept in various locations worldwide. Currently, she’s based in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting Goldstar’s global reach.
Her exposure to diverse cultures worldwide has enriched her understanding of design elements, enabling Goldstar to offer products that resonate with a broad global customer base while also tailoring offerings to niche market requirements.
In her new role, the top objectives include advancing the company’s commitment to manufacturing alternatives, expanding product categories, and enhancing global product design.
