Following the disruption caused by the pandemic over the last nineteen months the directors of Snap Products Ltd have carried out a strategic review of its operations to ensure the company is in a position to adapt to the changing business landscape and how to drive costs down.

As of today, I am very pleased to announce that we have agreed a deal with The Pen Warehouse (Tancia Ltd) to formally transfer all sales operations to them at their
state-of-the-art facility in Aldershot.

This deal strengthens Snap Products’ business proposition by reducing costs and with the added financial strength of Tancia Ltd, will ensure we are able to augment our product offering and continue to deliver and improve on the high level of customer service we are passionate about.

Established in 1994, Tancia Ltd has a long track record of consistent, profitable growth as a trade supplier in the promotional merchandise industry and has a well-deserved reputation for excellent standards of customer service. The financial strength of Tancia Ltd will ensure that we are able to adapt quickly to challenges, particularly as we are entering a new B2B digital age.

Following a multi-million-pound investment in their Aldershot manufacturing and warehouse facilities, Tancia Ltd is planning additional significant investment in IT to
ensure that Snap Products’ current range is seamlessly incorporated into Tancia’s and that our sales and sales-ordering, warehousing, manufacturing and financials are fully aligned in one place.

As a result of these changes all orders placed with Snap Products from the 1st December will now be fulfilled by Tancia Ltd, and payments should, in future, be made to
Tancia Ltd. Their Bank Account details and VAT number remain unchanged and will now be incorporated on all sales invoices.

In order to avoid confusion, invoices received from Snap Products should be paid to the old Snap Products account details.
