Eat My Logo have some exciting news to share! They have recently invested in a new Biscuit Machine in their bakery to assist with the demand in production of their famous biscuits, joining their existing depositor as part of their high-tech bakery equipment.
Eat My Logo recently landed an order for over 200,000 biscuits, so invested in the second machine to allow for their production team to speed through the order in record time. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and was managed without the need for additional staffing resources.
Andy Birchall, production manager at Eat My Logo commented “the new Biscuit Machine has resulted in our baking output doubling in speed, which further increases our flexibility as a business Over the Christmas period we were able to deliver more products than ever before, without any effect on our lead time.”.
The new Biscuit Machine will also come in handy when baking different sized biscuits simultaneously. The team at Eat My Logo can now produce both the 5cm and 8cm biscuits at the same time! In the past, they would have had to wait for one size to be done, before being able to create the other size, which extended the production time required.
Furthermore, Eat My Logo has gluten free options, which can now be produced at the same time as their original biscuits, due to having another machine available.
