Rob Jackson, who is the Head of Bakery at Eat My Logo celebrates his 5 Year Work Anniversary since joining the company back in 2018.
Originally Rob joined Eat My Logo on a work placement organised by the Prince’s Trust, however he then moved onto an Apprenticeship in Food Production and after completion of this course, he was promoted to Head of Bakery!
Rob commented “Working at Eat My Logo has been a real treat for me! I have thoroughly enjoyed growing within the company and being part of a family business that really cares about its team. I look forward to many more years to come”.
Throughout Robs time working at Eat My Logo he has been responsible in overseeing the entire bakery, as well as ordering ingredients, scheduling bakes, and stock management. Rob has had a big impact on the quality and tastiness of Eat My Logo’s treats throughout the years and has showed real drive and motivation to get orders created in a timely manner to ensure lead times are kept short.
Recently, an order for 22,000 Cupcakes was processed within the company, and Rob with colleague Marcin, managed to bake a whopping 12,500 cupcakes in a single day! Now that’s a lot of cake.
