Established in 1984, we at Ross Promotional Products were keen to ensure
that our workforce had the support and nurturing that they needed to grow
with the business, while wishing to retain the strong family values. Our
journey with IIP started in 2010, and with their guidance and support we
were delighted to achieve our first accreditation in 2011.

In 2017, having worked closely with our colleagues and IIP, we were thrilled
to achieve Silver Award Level and maintained this through the next few
years. With 2020 being one of the toughest years in our 36 years in business
due to Covid-19, we saw even greater value in supporting our small team and
working through the pandemic, we were surprised and delighted this year,
when we were awarded our Gold Award Level.

during the IIP assessment that people are at the heart of what you do.
Everyone I met with spoke very highly of the way they are led and managed
and the culture is one of openness and honesty. Everyone has an integral part
to play in the organisation and is motivated and committed to achieving the
highest standards of customer service.”

Starting with Ross Promotional in March 2019, Robin Carmichael (Finance &
HR Manager) said that coming into the business and helping the team to
maintain the Silver Award was his goal, and thought that a gold accreditation
would be the next step in a few years once the pandemic was over, so was
delighted to achieve this ahead of plan in 2021 given the circumstances.
