Sector Associations endorse the new PSI PROMOTION WORLD

 

The promotional products market has a new platform from 8 to 10 April 2014, with much to offer manufacturers and consultants, as well as the sector’s business associations: For the first time, the new PSI PROMOTION WORLD is being jointly staged by Deutsche Messe and Reed Exhibitions Deutschland – also the organizer of PSI, the flagship European trade fair for the promotional products industry. The world’s largest industry fair HANNOVER MESSE runs parallel to PSI PROMOTION WORLD 2014 at the Hannover Exhibition Center from 7 to 11 April.

 

“For our industry it is of major importance to have a domestic showcase where suppliers can present their products, promotion and incentives consultants can promote their services, and interested customers can find out about the available products and get a feel for their potential impact,” says Patrick Politze, Chairman of the German Association of the Promotional Products Industry (GWW). “Companies in the promotional products industry can only benefit from an event that is jointly designed and staged by these two major tradeshow companies parallel to the world’s largest industry fair.”

 

Klaus Rosenberger also approves of the new collaboration. As Chairman of the Board of the German Association of Branded Products for Advertising and Sales Promotion (AKW), he sees much potential in the expansion of the former PROMOTION WORLD. “This year was the absolute best PROMOTION WORLD so far. The number and above all the quality of visitors was outstanding, because PROMOTION WORLD has been recognized and embraced by HANNOVER MESSE exhibitors and tradeshow visitors, alike. We must take full advantage of this chance to reach users directly, because it is the only one we have.” The expansion of PROMOTION WORLD should create an even more attractive exhibition platform.

 

Over the course of three days, PSI PROMOTION WORLD exhibitors present the latest developments from the promotional products sector to an audience of top managers, marketing and purchasing directors, as well as executives from the various industries participating in the simultaneously held HANNOVER MESSE. PSI PROMOTION WORLD thus offers manufacturers, suppliers and consultants more opportunities for networking, sharing ideas and presenting innovations.

 

About PSI PROMOTION WORLD
The new PSI PROMOTION WORLD represents an even wider scope than that of its predecessor, PROMOTION WORLD. 2014 marks the premiere year for the event under its new name, PSI PROMOTION WORLD. The fair showcases tactile and multisensory advertising and is aimed at manufacturers, suppliers and promotional consultants. It is held parallel to HANNOVER MESSE in even-numbered years, and to CeBIT in odd-numbered years, and co-organized by Deutsche Messe (the former organizer of PROMOTION WORLD) and Reed Exhibitions Deutschland. Reed Exhibitions is also the organizer of PSI – the flagship trade fair for the promotional products industry. In 2014 PSI PROMOTION WORLD runs from 8 to 10 April, when it is expected to feature some 120 exhibitors and attract approx. 13,000 attendees.
