Tancia Group – The Pen Warehouse and Snap products, is excited to introduce its brand-new video series, Beyond the Product, launching with its debut roundtable discussion on 9 April 2025.
Beyond the Product originally launched as a webinar series during lockdown, providing a vital connection for businesses at a time when face-to-face meetings were not possible. Now, it returns in an exciting new format, providing a digital connection for customers at a click of a button.
More than just a product showcase, this informational series will provide insights into behind the scenes at Tancia Group, showcase printing techniques, engage a dialogue around trends, and the evolving landscape of our industry. Most importantly it offers a chance to meet the dedicated team – the experts who bring promotional ideas to life every day.

The first episode will feature Tancia Group’s Directors, Helen Dyl and James Cleere, alongside Head of Sales, Matt Dyl, and Creative Lead, Leanne McKenzie. Together, they will discuss key industry trends, unveil new product innovations, and share insights from their experience.
