On Sunday 19th May members of Team Allwag took part in the Trifarm Triathlon here in Essex in aid of Cardiomyopathy UK, a cause close to their hearts as one of our team members is personally affected by Cardiomyopathy.

The triathlon consisted of an 800m swim, a 18k bike ride and then a 5k run.

Leigh, Emily, Graeme, Katie, Becky and Aiden were absolutely incredible, and everyone at Allwag is so proud of what they achieved. They even had lucky mascots (Angela and Tony) to cheer them on.
