Tancia Ltd, trading as The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products, are thrilled to welcome Lara James as their new Field Sales Executive for the South of England. Lara will engage with customers in the field, driving business growth by showcasing their exceptional products.

 

Hailing from South Africa, Lara spent her formative years in Port Elizabeth, before moving to the UK 20 years ago. Her professional journey began in sports therapy, helping club football and cricket teams, as well as running her own clinic. Whilst working in these environments, especially with female athletes, Lara discovered her passion for women’s health. This shifted her focus towards co-founding her own company, ‘Wild,’ a natural skin care line, alongside her husband. This was Lara’s first exposure to the world of sales, where she was responsible for creating sales strategies, managing client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Since her time at ‘Wild’, Lara has further mastered her sales skills, working as a Sales Account Manager for ‘Europa Worldwide Group’ and a Sales Executive for ‘Schools Plus Ltd.’

 

After 3 months of intensive training, Lara has been enjoying her time at Tancia, both in the office and on the road, highlighting her passion for the travelling, relationship building and face to face interactions. Her genuine understanding of customer needs, coupled with her strong interpersonal skills, will be a big hit with their Southern Distributors.
