After months of development, leading UK supplier of branded confectionery The Sweet People, have installed a chocolate moulding line into a new purpose built factory – it is now fully operational and producing delicious chocolate bars.
Following significant investment and development into their new chocolate moulding facility, The Sweet People have launched a premium collection of fine milk chocolate bars that can be wrapped in craft paper media and personalised with full colour branding. These intensely chocolatey bars are produced using a chocolate blend that has significantly higher cocoa content and less sugar than most milk chocolate, which will make them a very popular choice for chocolate lovers.
“We’ve chosen a truly delicious high-quality milk chocolate that comes with more cocoa than any other milk chocolate. It has a highly intense cocoa body and the richness of a dark chocolate, but is incredibly creamy with sweet caramel notes,” explained Mandy Hastie, Managing Director at The Sweet People. “And the best part is that it contains 14% less sugar than regular milk chocolate!”
With The Sweet People’s new in-house moulding line, they can produce the chocolate bars in their bespoke Baton Style moulds in a choice of 3, 6 and 12 baton bars. With a minimum order of just 250 bars and no maximum order, a 1 – 2 week lead time and full colour branding the options make them the ideal premium promotional gift.
The new factory has been fully audited to the food industry safety standard SALSA and the Baton Bars have also been checked for quality and awarded a 5 Star technical testimony by our Chocolate supplier.
Continuing with the company’s well-known mission to source only the best ingredients for their confectionery, these bars are made of the finest Belgian chocolate using exceptional cocoa beans from West Africa.
“Premium ingredients are a priority for the Sweet People but we also place great importance on where we source our cocoa beans and how we can give back to those communities. For every pack of fine chocolate we buy for our moulded bars, a part of that purchase is reinvested into cocoa farming through the Cocoa Horizons Foundation,” added Mandy.
