The directors of Pinbadge Ltd (“the Company”) have instructed Smith & Williamson Ltd of 1 St Swithin Street, Worcester, WR1 2PY to assist in placing the Company into creditors’ voluntary liquidation. A formal meeting of the Company’s creditors will be held on 29 September 2011 for the purposes of receiving the directors’ Statement of Affairs, appointing a Liquidator and ascertaining whether creditors would like to establish a Liquidation Committee.

Pinbadge Ltd has ceased to trade and has entered liquidation with immediate effect.  A new company, NG Badges Ltd, is now trading with the original Pinbadge owners, management and staff.  They have purchased the assets & goodwill and web address of Pinbadge Ltd and are fulfilling all outstanding Pinbadge orders.
