To achieve this accreditation applicants must agree to adhere to the BPMA Charter Code of Practice and provide detailed, documented evidence of customer service and quality procedures within their business. Accredited companies must also be able to demonstrate their commitment to customer service something Willsmer Wagg has no difficulty in proving.
